Good steakhouse expensive but top level quality. The in-bone fillet cost $62 for 14oz but sides around and the presentation of the plate is very sad for such a high price. I want to acknowledge the amazing service from Vinny our waiter and all the staff on 12/12/23. We live in Ny and went to Boston to spend some quality time as a couple and decided to give a try to this amazing restaurant! Let’s start by the gracious Host at the door. I made a mistake in the reservation and he took the time to accommodate us in an amazing table ! I’ve worked customer service all my life and currently I work the restaurant industry and I’ve never encounter such a gracious,smart,funny and educated server as VINNY! he elevated our experience ! Shoutout to the bussers,runners and bartenders! It is a bit expensive but it’s totally worth the money! This place deserve a 10000/10 !

This is one of the more upscale restaurants I visited during my stay in Boston and was not disappointed. From the start, the service was impeccable. Christian was our waiter and was extremely attentive. I did not have to wait more than 2 mins to have my water refilled (and I had at least 10 that night). I ordered the NY steak with peppercorn sauce. It was cooked exactly as I like it and the peppercorn sauce was absolutely amazing. The price is slightly higher than other steak houses but it's worth every penny when it is complete with excellent service. My colleagues were equally amazed. I will definitely bring my wife here the next time I'm in Boston. This was a fantastic experience. Thank you Christian for the great service.

I recently came here after seeing a movie in Boston Common and had an excellent dinner! Overall, all of the food we had was delicious. I got the sesame crusted tuna which was some of the best tuna I’ve had. Very flavorful and I loved the pea wasabi that came with it. My friend got just a steak with truffle butter that was perfectly seasoned and delicious. I also enjoyed the strawberry salad—it was more of a unique salad you wouldn’t find at every restaurant that had a nice vinaigrette and some goat cheese. For dessert, we got the warm chocolate cake and skillet cookie. I enjoyed both, but for the price and size, I probably wouldn’t get them again. Our server, Rachel, was very friendly and helpful when we were asking questions and for suggestions on what to order. Super glad she was there that evening. My score on the service does not reflect her at all—I gave a 4/5 because it took a while for the food to come out which was especially surprising because it didn’t seem that busy in the restaurant.

I love this new Chops location! I was in last Sunday for dinner and sat at the bar. It was extremely busy, but bartender Lucas was great along with server Steve. We tried the wagyu with bone marrow, cooked to perfection. For apps, the wedge salad, spicy broccoli, new scalloped potato's. I tried the new cocktail Only Fans, so good! Between the food, the ambiance, the service and great location, it's a spot worth checking out.

We had reservations but arrived very early. We sat at the bar for a drink. Our Bartender, Lucas, was fantastic and the barstools were comfortable, so we decided to eat at the bar. We started with the French Onion Soup, it was delicious, with lots of melted cheese on top over the toasted crouton, and the broth was amazing. I ordered the Beef Wellington. It came out perfectly cooked with a beautiful golden crust. As a side we special ordered a wild mushroom risotto. It was cooked to perfection, however, the mild flavor couldn't compete with the Wellington. This is why it isn't offered as a side with the Wellington. The Risotto would be fantastic with a less bold entree. (it made great leftovers). My wife ordered the Tenderloin with Potato Croquettes. The Tenderloin was cooked to the exact temperature and the Potato Croquettes were amazing. We finished up with the Sticky Toffee Puddling, which was rich and satisfying—a perfect end to a remarkable meal.
